Kamdars Care, established in 2015, is a collective group of companies collaborating with government agencies such as SFAC, NAFED, NABARD, and NCCF. It also functions as a CBBO (Cluster-Based Business Organization) with SFAC and NAFED. Kamdars Agro Research and Development Pvt. Ltd. is a part of Kamdars Care and is registered under the Start-Up India initiative. Kamdars Care is currently working with over 1 lakh farmers across India. The company operates across various sectors to empower Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and Self-Help Groups (SHGs), providing comprehensive support to enhance their sustainable income. Kamdars Care is involved in agriculture, seed production, dairy farming, goat farming, fisheries, value-added products, agri-product import/export, organic farming, contract farming, herb farming, NTFP, and sustainable livelihood practices. The company’s initiatives focus on uplifting rural communities, particularly women, by empowering them to become self-reliant, economically independent, and active contributors to local economies. Recognizing the vital role rural women play in agriculture, Kamdars Care works to overcome barriers that limit their access to resources, markets, and technical knowledge.
